Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong item selection. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Product not received within 45 days (or 75 days for remote countries)

Product received is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described (with valid proof)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is proven to be faulty or incorrect due to our error.
